JepperCo
Privacy policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
This policy covers the Bed Wars playtest developed by JepperCo and its website at triggeredapp.com. Bed Wars is also identified as Outpost in parts of the development build. Contact us atjoseph.jepsen521@gmail.com about this policy or your information.
Alpha signup
If you use the “Join the alpha” form, we store the details you enter so we can contact you and run the playtest.
| Field | Required |
|---|---|
| Gamertag | Yes |
| Email address | Yes |
| Discord name | No |
Earlier signup records may also contain an optional Epic Games name. The same retention and removal rules below apply to those records.
We also record when you signed up and a status and notes that we add while coordinating the playtest (for example whether you were invited). Your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse, such as repeated submissions. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; Turnstile may process browser and network information under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Purpose: sending alpha invitations, coordinating playtests and answering related questions. We do not sell this information, use it for advertising or share it with other companies for their own purposes. Our hosting, storage and email delivery providers process it on our behalf, and we notify the project owner by email when someone signs up.
Retention: we keep signup details until the alpha ends, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. Removal: emailjoseph.jepsen521@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete your entry.
Epic sign-in and friends
Existing playtest builds with Epic online services enabled use Epic Account Services and Epic Online Services to sign you in, show Epic friends and their online status, send invitations, and connect you to multiplayer rooms. Epic asks for your permission during sign-in.
The requested permissions cover your Epic account ID, display name, language, linked-account display names, friends and blocked-player lists, and online presence. The current game uses account identifiers, friend display names and online status to provide invitations. The SDK may process other information within the permissions you approve. JepperCo does not receive your Epic password.
Multiplayer and local files
Multiplayer services process account and product-user identifiers, room membership, invitations, connection information, and game state such as teams and match settings. Participants and the host can receive the information needed to play together. Network connections may expose IP addresses to the host or other participants; Epic may route connections through its relay services.
The game stores preferences, controls, authored maps, and diagnostic files on your computer. Diagnostic logs may contain technical, account, or connection information. We do not operate an automatic gameplay-analytics service for this playtest. If you send us logs or a bug report, we receive what you choose to include.
This website and support
Where website account sign-in is enabled, you can sign in through Steam and choose a game username if you do not already have one. Steam OpenID confirms your SteamID; it does not send us your password, email address or display name. A SteamID already linked to a Bed Wars account opens that account. Otherwise you can create a new profile; profiles are never merged just because their names match. Your account page shows your profile, rank, recent matches and achievements. Sign-in uses a short-lived login-state cookie and a session cookie lasting up to seven days; signing out ends that website session. Older Epic website sessions may remain valid until sign-out or expiry. Steam sign-in alone does not establish ownership of the game or grant admin access.
This website has no advertising, newsletter or analytics code added by JepperCo. Our hosting and network providers process ordinary request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to deliver and protect the website. Provider-level security features may use cookies or similar technology.
If you contact us, we use your email address, correspondence, and any attached files to answer your request and investigate reported problems.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to provide sign-in and multiplayer, run the alpha, deliver the website, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and reliability of these services. We do not sell your personal information or use provider account data for advertising. Relevant information is processed by Steam or Epic as applicable, our website hosting, account storage and network providers, and multiplayer participants as described above. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Steam operates under Valve’s privacy policy. Epic operates its services under its ownprivacy policy. This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Our account service and network protection use Cloudflare; seeCloudflare’s privacy policy. The Bed Wars account service uses Cloudflare and SpacetimeDB to store and process account information. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Storage and retention
The game holds copies of Epic friends and pending Epic invitations in memory during the session and clears those copies when the game subsystem closes. The Bed Wars account service separately stores your profile and friend code, linked provider identifiers, friend requests, friendships, blocks, synced settings, achievement progress, ranks and match records. Closing the game or signing out does not delete these account records. Epic services and SDK caches have separate retention practices. Local settings, maps, and diagnostic files remain on your computer until you remove them or overwrite them. Alpha signup details are kept as described in the signup section above. We keep support correspondence as needed to address the request and related issues, and any applicable legal obligations. Hosting and Epic service records follow the relevant provider’s retention practices.
Your choices and requests
You can choose local play without Epic sign-in. You can stop online play, manage app permissions through your Epic account, and remove local game files you no longer want. Requests about information held by Epic should be made to Epic.
Contact joseph.jepsen521@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information held by JepperCo, or to object to its use. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens.
Children and changes
The playtest is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to JepperCo, contact us so we can investigate and address it. Epic account eligibility and parental controls are managed by Epic.
We will update this policy if the playtest’s information practices change. The date above identifies when this policy text was last updated.
